What does it mean for me as a teacher librarian....

1.  Be aware of the changes taking place in the world of education.
2. Create a vision. How will these changes affect and help the way the students learn.How will it affect the whole school community.
3. Attend professional training opportunities.
4. Collaborate. Be ready to share knowledge to the whole school community.
5. Offer help to assist those who are not confident enough to put into practice the changes.
6. Evaluate the change.
